Q. Are the shoe sizes genuine?
A. Yes occasionally when a size is on the tight side we will advise a larger size.

Q: What is your return policy? How do I return my order?
A: Unworn items can be returned within 14 days from receipt in their original packaging in a resalable condition

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Where more than one item is purchased, we will calculate the delivery cost and pass any savings on to you.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Orders are usually posted within one working days of receiving payment. Items are posted by registered post 1st class post but you will need to allow longer for bank holidays. We use Royal Mail's 1st class post, so your goods should be delivered within 1-2 days. Please allow longer when there is a Postal Strike. Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Our postage and packing charges vary according to the order value.

From £20.00 to £29.99 is £4.99
From £30.00 to £74.99 is £6.50
From £75.00 to £99.99 is £8.00
Above £100.00 is only £8.00 We do not offer a collection service.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, Please enquire stating your address and what you are interested in ordering.

Q: How can I pay?
A: Payment can be made by PayPal. Or over the telephone on a card.

Q: I have not received my order?
A: Items are posted by Royal Mail registered post but can sometimes take longer than their 1-3 working day guideline. If you have any problem please telephone the shop or email info@shoe-time.co.uk

A: Those domain names were already taken so we selected the name www.shoe-time.co.uk
