Prima Donna Whilst our website is new Prima Donna have been trading in Wolverhampton since 1994 and has 40-years experience of shoe retailing. Over that time we have built up a large following of customers who appreciate our great value for money and exciting fashions.

Payment Options

Prima Donna accept all major credit cards via PayPal

Customers can also pay over the phone with a card.

Unless you are paying in person in the shop we cannot accept cash.

Please include your details with any payment posted.

Overseas customers can pay by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.

Post and Packing

All items sent out are despatched via Royal Mail registered post.

All our products are brand new and are packaged with care in secure tamper proof packaging.

A: Our postage and packing charges vary according to the order value.
Up to £19.99 is £4.50
From £20.00 to £29.99 is £4.99
From £30.00 to £74.99 is £6.50
From £75.00 to £99.99 is £8.00
Above £100.00 is only £8.00 We do not offer a collection service.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Prima Donna have an excellent returns policy with a no quibble money back guarantee. You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange. within 14 days of receipt;

Goods returned must be unworn and in the exact same condition they were sent with packaging intact.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery.

Prima Donna cannot provide exchange or refund if there is any signs of odour, perfume make-up etc

If you wish to return an item please email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase details and reason for returning the item.

Prima Donna can only refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns delivery costs to be paid by you.

All of our goods are checked prior to despatch to ensure you receive a perfect product.

If you have any item to be exchanged just return back to us and we will pay for the delivery of exchanged item back to you.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
